the fair.. and new items.

Well what can i say.. i atended the school fair thinking great things would occur. i left a bit dis heartned after only selling some keyrings and 1 cusion, my sister who also attened the fair did very well she makes fimo jewellery.

But i have not let it break me down one bad event does not mean the all will be.. and i have listed some new items in my shop www.folksy.com/shops/cushtycrafts

Well hello guys and gals.
its been a while i know and for that i am sorry been a busy couple weeks.
Ive been frantically making stock for the upcoming school fair, my kids have both had a stinking horrible cold the poor darlings, my partner has just been told by doctor hes got tonsilitis and me well i have been having terrible headaches all the time..

Bit of good news though today we put our christmas decorations up to cheer ourselves up.

new fimo creations.

first up i was sat in the front room last night with my partner and messing around with fimo when i suddenly had an idea for popcorn charms, i think they turned out really nice they are soooooooooooo cute.

i also made a lovley rainbow magnet and gorgouse christmas tree magnet, but youl have to check the site to see them.. will be making plenty more things to stock up for the school fair...

hello.. im soooo sorry its been a while since last blog, iv been busy, mainly busy with family commitments but i have also made some new products, im making a range of fimo buttons, here are a set of them,

Also have GOT to get on with making stock for my upcoming fair at my neices school, not sure what stuff to do though cus dunno who will be main buyers the kids or the parents so i think ill have to do a range aimed at both,

Ok well first off hello to all who are reading this,
i have today made 2 new boxes and just now listed them in my shop www.folksy.com/shops/cushtycrafts

Here is the first one, its a box of Joy as u can see,i dont know why but i got the sudden overwhelming urge to make it it just popped into my mind, i think it turned out rather nice.


I have also started to make exploding picture frames recently they also look quite snazzy when i eventually get one just as i like the design ill snap a pic and put it up here.

Today in plymouth it has been dry but not really sunny and warm but still with a chilly nip in the air, But none the less me and my gorgouse daughter went out to rake up all the leaves that had fallen onto our lawn as we have a wooded footpath behind our garden with huge trees that are forever dropping leaves onto my lawn,

Here she is again enjoying her reward of a lovley green apple after all the help she gave mummy, bless her at 17 months she loves brushing leaves :-)

day out with the family

well on thursday the 10 september me and our little family and my partners parents all went off to buckfastleigh otter and butterfly sanctuary which was really nice we then caught a steam train to totnes to go to their rare breeds farm.. my little girl who is completly outdoors mad had a great time making friends with all the animals..

she also decided she was going to walk all day which she has only just started to walk so that was a lot of walking..




im sure these goats thought her hand looked good enough to nibble on..




and she also found a true little friend here.. she was fasinated with it.



after a long day making friends and having fun we all went home.. she went to bed and slept like a log.. actually 2 days on and shes still sleepy bless her she wore herself out..
